Our dedicated team of Radiologists, Radiographers, Nurses, and support staff ensure patients receive accurate and timely results.
Accessing For Referrers:
SVHS offers online access to your patient’s medical imaging via our MyVue portal. Once your account is created, we can easily share exams and reports for you to access. It is also easier for you to access multiple exams for the same patient via the single portal. To request access and set up your account, you can email svhs.pacs@svha.org.au

St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney Medical Imaging strongly values patients’ confidentiality and does not email medical reports to ensure privacy is protected. Reports can be distributed electronically and easily integrated into your practice software.
There may be a variety of reasons results have not yet been distributed. We aim for a 24-48 hour turn around however, some more complex studies can take longer.
Please call our Administrative Team to discuss as there may be a technical issue that needs to be resolved.
Yes, we are able to set up our system to fax reports as a distribution preference. We highly recommend our referrers to sign up for electronic downloading of reports to ensure the most efficient delivery method is used.
